Fast-Track Your Broker’s License in 2024 at SCAOR!

Licensed Delaware REALTORS^® with five or more years of professional work experience are invited to Embark on a journey to become a licensed Delaware Real Estate Broker with our comprehensive 99-hour course, approved by the Delaware Real Estate Commission. Classes are to be offered through Zoom on Tuesdays from 9 am – 12 noon AND from 6 pm – 9 pm (equaling two sessions every Tuesday), Wednesdays from 6 pm – 9 pm, and Thursdays from 6 to 9 PM.

The last class occurs on Wednesday, September 18th and the Final Exam on September 24th at 6 pm. Orientation will be on Monday, July 29th, at 6 pm providing a comprehensive overview of the course structure and expectations.

The course fee is $999 with a Super Early Bird discount of $150 dollars available to those who register before Friday, July 12th. SCAOR will notify enrollees when the course books are available for pick up. An additional fee of $25 will be charged to those who wish to have the materials mailed to them.

A person with a Broker’s License has greater career independence than what is usually available to a Licensed Agent. A Broker is allowed to operate independently or open their own Brokerage where they can assemble a team of sales agents that will work exclusively for them. Additionally, a Broker License professionally reflects a higher level of education and experience which often serves as a competitive edge when competing for business.
