Interested in Appearing on HGTV?

Screen Shot 2016-03-02 at 3.48.47 PM

We just had the pleasure of chatting with the casting producer for Beachfront Bargain Hunt on HGTV.  The channel is filming its 13th season and is exploring filming an episode near one of Delaware’s beaches. This is a fun, positive show that offers great exposure!

Here’s the email the sent us:

HGTV’s hit television series, Beachfront Bargain Hunt takes viewers on a personalized journey following homebuyers (and their agents) on the hunt for their dream house all for a bargain price!

I am contacting you because we are currently casting for upcoming seasons. We are looking for young buyers actively on the search for waterfront, water view, or water access properties under $375k. We will also consider buyers who have closed on their homes in the past 6 months. Homebuyers and their agent will be featured in one half hour episode.

Please pass this along to any agents or homebuyers who you think may be interested. Compensation will be provided for any network-approved stories. I’m looking forward to speaking with you and answering any additional questions you may have.

Please email bbhcasting@gmail.com with some info on yourself and to find out more info.

Tech Tip Tuesday #005 – How to Police an MLS Listing

Today we’re looking at how you would go about policing a listing in the MLS.  When you’re searching in the MLS, and arrive at the detail page, click on the yellow exclamation point icon.  This will take you to a page where you can briefly, courteously share what you believe the issue is.  Once you submit, this info goes to the broker, the listing agent, and SCAOR® compliance team.  It’s good to know that this information is completely anonymous which helps reinforce data integrity and keeps accurate information for both our membership and the consumers.  So that’s how you police a listing, and that’s today’s tech tip Tuesday.
